Anna Fornari in 2002 began to create the Spin series, inspired by the pincushion of seamstresses, a work item linked to an artisan craft. “Spin” in fact is weaving, spinning, an operation repeated manually in the shops, where fabrics come to life and whose true value lies in the uniqueness of the language they express. "Pin" is a pin that pierces the heart, a symbol of the double nature of love: carnal and spiritual. In addition to the silver pendants, the Spin cycle also includes brooches of three different sizes (large, medium and small), made up of pins and sequins that move creating plays of light
